If you've entered your email or username and a code hasn't arrived, try the following steps in order.
1. Check your spam or junk folder
code emails can sometimes be filtered by your email provider. Search your inbox for an email from noreply@mixcloudmail.com with a subject line including ‘Mixcloud code’.
We recommend that you add noreply@mixcloudmail.com to your safe sender/contacts list to help prevent our emails being misidentified in the future.
2. Make sure you're checking the right inbox
If you entered your username rather than your email address, the code was sent to the email address linked to your Mixcloud account. If you're not sure which one that is, go back and try logging in with your email address directly.
3. Wait and resend
There’s a 30-second wait between resend requests. Once the countdown finishes on the code entry screen, a Resend code button appears. Click it, then check your inbox again.
4. Log in with your password instead
If you have a password set on your account, click Log in with your password on the code entry screen. This lets you sign in immediately without needing a code. Read more here.
