- disconnect from any VPNs you may be using.
- try using incognito mode or a different browser.
- Make sure your browser is up to date and switch off browser extensions that may cause interference.
App
- restart your phone or tablet.
- close out of background apps and disconnect from any VPNs.
- delete and reinstall the Mixcloud app.
- make sure that the operational system of your device is up-to-date.
- try switching between your WiFi and mobile data to see if the issues persist.
