These licensing agreements include some restrictions that we must enforce on the free listening experience on the platform.
This means you may notice some playback limits when using Mixcloud on an account without a listener subscription.
Subscribers to Premium or fans who sign up for a Creator Subscription can enjoy playback freedom, with no playback limits or ads, and offline listening, while helping us cover the costs of running a fair and legal streaming service.
How many times can I replay a show?
Users without a listener subscription (Mixcloud Premium or a Creator Subscription) can replay each show up to 4 times within a rolling 14-day period.
How can I listen without this limit?
By upgrading to Premium, you'll be able to enjoy all public content on the platform without playback limits, and you'll also benefit from other features, including an ad-free experience and offline listening. You can find out more or upgrade here: https://www.mixcloud.com/premium
We also offer creators the option to enable Creator Subscriptions for their profiles. When you subscribe directly to a creator, you'll unlock Premium benefits when you listen to the creator's content, as well as access to any exclusive shows, tracks, and posts shared by the creator.

I'm a Pro subscriber. Why am I impacted by these limits?
Our Pro and Premium subscriptions are tailored to different kinds of Mixcloud users, and both of these subscriptions offer unique benefits.
This means the Pro subscription does not offer the same listener-focused benefits as Premium.
Users who would like to enjoy playback freedom and the features of the creator toolkit may wish to consider subscribing to both Premium and Pro.
