As a non-interactive streaming service, our licenses for free users of Mixcloud don't allow for tracklists to be made visible in advance. However, as you listen through a show or DJ mix set, you'll see that the track names are revealed on the player:
If you'd like to see the tracklist for a show prior to playback, you'd need to look at subscribing to Premium.
If you do have a Premium subscription and you still cannot see the tracklist in advance, it's likely that the uploader of the show you're listening to has not added a tracklist.
