Every creator using Creator Subscriptions has access to a dashboard. In this article, you can view information about your subscribers, track the amount you’ve earned through subscriptions and make changes to your profile upsell.
How can I access my Creator Subscription dashboard?
To access your dashboard, follow the steps below:
- Make sure you're logged in to your Mixcloud account.
- Click on your profile picture at the top-right of the screen.
- Click 'Creator Subscriptions'.
You can also find your Creator Subscriptions dashboard by adding “/dashboard” at the end of your unique Mixcloud URL: https://www.mixcloud.com/[YOUR USERNAME]/dashboard/.
On the Creator Subscriptions dashboard, currencies will be displayed:
- next to your balance and earnings. Please see Estimated balance and Total earnings paid
- in the Subscription price column. Please see Subscription price
- on the Subscribers page in the Monthly and Total spend under the Subscribers tab.
Your dashboard is split into four different sections: the main Dashboard, Subscribers, Posts and Settings.
Your main dashboard
This is an overview of your subscriptions. Here, you can see the total number of subscribers you have and the amount you're earning through subscriptions.
In addition, you can view the details of your most recent subscribers, including:
- A link to their Mixcloud profile.
- Their country location.
- When they subscribed to you.
- How much they are paying monthly - take note of those who choose to pay more than the price you suggested!
Estimated balance and Total earnings paid
Here the totals will show in the currency that you have asked to be paid in. Unless you change this, we will default the payout currency to USD.
As your 'Estimated balance' and 'Total earnings paid' are shown in your applicable currency, the subscription amounts paid by your subscribers need to be exchanged into the applicable currency.
This exchange is done using the exchange rate on the day that the subscription is paid. If there is a recurring payment, the relevant exchange rate will be the exchange rate on the day that the subscription is debited.
This means that you may see slight fluctuations in the 'Estimated balance' and 'Total earnings paid' due to the exchange rate changes.
Subscription price
This column will show the price that each subscriber is paying. The prices are shown in the currency that your subscribers pay for a Creator Subscriptions to you.
Subscribers tab
Here you get a more in-depth view of all of your subscribers. This includes:
- A link to their Mixcloud profile.
- Their country location.
- When they subscribed to you.
- How much they're paying each month.
- How much they've paid in total.
This page will also give you the option to follow any subscriber without having to go to their profile.
ℹ️ You can sort the list by each of these columns if you want to group subscribers by location or sort them according to how long they've been subscribed. To do this, click on the name of the column you want to sort the list by. Click again to change from ascending to descending. If you click a third time, the sorting will be undone.
Monthly and Total Spend under the Subscribers tab
The 'Monthly spend' and 'Total spend' columns will include any tax connected to the subscription price. These columns are ordered after applying the latest exchange rate.
Posts tab
This tab will show you a list of your posts together with the following details for each of them:
- Number of comments
- Number of views
- Status
- Date of last update
The last column will include a link to edit a specific post.
Settings tab
Here you can change the information that appears on your upsell page, including the Introduction, Thank You text and the images that are used on the page. Additionally, you can choose the categories that define the shows you create.
In the Details section at the bottom of the page, you can also find your Mixcloud upsell page URL for easy sharing on social networks and your profile.
When will I receive my subscription earnings?
Our current payment system starts as soon as you have gained US$50 in profit from subscriptions to you.
Once you've hit this threshold, we will begin payments from the start of the next calendar month. Once the first payment has been completed, we will continue to pay out on a monthly basis for those continuing to make over $50 a month. If you have gained less than $50 within the month, the payment will be batched within the following month.
ℹ️ Payments can take up to 15 UK business days to reach your bank account.
If you need further assistance with understanding your Creator Subscriptions dashboard or have any questions, please fill out this form and we'll get back to you as soon as possible.
