How do I reset my password if I've forgotten it?

On a computer

  1. Go to https://www.mixcloud.com/.
  2. Click "Login" at the top right of the page.
  3. Click "Forgotten Your Password".
  4. Enter the username or the email address connected to your Mixcloud account.

In the app

  1. On the app press "Login with email".
  2. At the bottom of the form, press "Forgot password?".
  3. On the following screen put in the email address you used for Mixcloud or your Mixcloud username.
  4. Press "Send new password link".

Not receiving your password reset link?

If you haven't received a password reset link, or you no longer have access to the email address associated with your Mixcloud account, get in contact with our Support Team so we can help.

 

How do I change my password if I know my current password?

On a computer

  1. Log into Mixcloud.
  2. Click on your profile picture in the top right of the screen.
  3. From the dropdown menu click Settings.
  4. Click Account on the menu on the left of the screen.
  5. Use the boxes under the heading Password to change your password.
  6. Remember to click Save.

In the app

  1. Log into Mixcloud.
  2. Click on the Library tab.
  3. Click the cog at the top right of the screen.
  4. Click Account.
  5. Click Change Password.
  6. Use the boxes to change your password.
  7. Remember to click the tick in the top right of the screen.

 

I can't remember the username and/or email address I used. What do I do?

If you’ve forgotten your username

If you forget your username, you can use your email address to log in. 

This field is case sensitive and we also recommend double-checking for common spelling issues. For example, if you signed up with a '@googlemail.com' account, you won't be able to sign in using '@gmail.com'.

If you’ve forgotten your email address

If you can't remember the email address you used to sign up, you can log in using your username.
ℹ Your username is included in the web link of your Mixcloud account: https://www.mixcloud.com/[USERNAME]/

If you can't remember both your email address and username

If you're unable to remember the username and email address connected to your account, or no longer have access to the email account used, get in contact with our Support Team so we can help.
