Please be aware that there is a risk of issues with the Mixcloud platform on all devices (mixcloud.com and the app) today, 8th May 2026.
Any issues should be intermittent; however, all features may be impacted.
You may experience unexpected behaviour, including but not limited to error messages, slow loading times, issues with uploading and publishing content, problems playing back shows and tracks, logging in, viewing or broadcasting live streams.
We're having to perform emergency data migration work due to unforeseen circumstances. While this will ultimately help to improve the stability of the platform, there is a risk of service degradation in the short-term while we undertake this work.
We're working hard to minimize the impact of the data centre migration and are monitoring closely, and we expect any issues to be transient.
If you're having issues accessing Mixcloud.com, our app, or experiencing unexpected behaviour with any of the features on the platform, please try refreshing or reopening the app and wait a few minutes before retrying.
We'll be updating this article and our Help Center banner with further information, or in the event of a major outage, to help keep you up to date.
