We only accept applications through our official Careers page, and we're currently unable to accept applications or provide updates about job openings via our Support channels or social media.
If you're concerned about a role you've applied for
Unfortunately, sometimes scammers may impersonate recruiters to gain access to your personal information or for financial gain.
If you're worried a role you applied for may be disingenuous, we recommend checking the following information before you contact Support:
1 - Check if the role is on our official Careers page
While we may advertise roles on other sites (such as LinkedIn), please note that all available vacancies will be listed on our official Careers page.
If you can't see the same role listed on our Careers page, this would indicate that it's not a genuine and open vacancy.
2 - Check the sender's email address
We'll only send emails to you from one of our official Mixcloud email addresses. Additionally, we won't contact you via Whatsapp.
If the emails you're receiving are from a generic email address domain (eg. ending in @gmail.com), this is not coming from a legitimate Mixcloud employee.
3 - Beware of senders requesting money
Mixcloud will never ask job candidates to wire money for UK visa applications.
If you're asked to send funds, do not make any payments.
