If your subscription has ended, your profile won't have access to Pro or Premium benefits anymore, and you won't see the Pro or Premium badges displayed on your profile.
As cancellations take effect from the next billing period, you may notice a period between cancelling your subscription and losing access to benefits.
During this time, your profile will still display the Pro or Premium badge, and we recommend logging into your account and checking your payment settings to make sure your subscription has been set to cancel.
After you log in, navigate to https://www.mixcloud.com/settings/payments/, and click My billing info, your subscription should display the upcoming cancellation date:
If your subscription shows a cancellation date, you don't need to take any further action, and your benefits will end on the date displayed. If you've changed your mind, you can click Don't cancel subscription.
