We want to make sure users can manage their subscriptions at will, and you should be able to cancel or update your subscription at any time from your account settings at https://www.mixcloud.com/settings/payments/.
Here are some common reasons why you may be unable to see the option to cancel or update your subscription:
- You may be logged into a different Mixcloud account.
- Please try to log out and log back into the profile where you previously used your subscription benefits.
- If you can't remember your login details, please check your email address(es) for notifications from noreply@mixcloudmail.com. If you're still unable to log in, please contact our Support Team for assistance. Please include the link to your account and any email address(es) you may have used to sign up.
- You're using the Mixcloud mobile app.
- It's not currently possible to start, manage, or cancel your subscription from the Mixcloud mobile app due to limitations from device manufacturers.
- You can cancel your subscription by logging into the Mixcloud website using a computer or using your mobile device's browser app (eg. Safari or Chrome), and navigating to https://www.mixcloud.com/settings/payments/.
- Your subscription payment is overdue.
- Cancellations take effect from your next renewal date. If your renewal date has passed and your subscription payment is overdue, please contact our Support Team so we can help cancel your subscription for you.

- Your subscription has already been cancelled.
