You can update your payment method any time from your account settings by following the steps below. Changes will take effect from the next renewal date.
- Navigate to your payment settings using a computer or your mobile browser app.
NB: You currently cannot start, manage, or cancel a subscription in the Mixcloud app.- This link will take you directly to your payment settings https://www.mixcloud.com/settings/payments/
- Alternatively, you can find these settings by:
- Logging into Mixcloud at https://www.mixcloud.com/
- Clicking on your profile picture in the top-right corner
- Clicking Settings in the menu
- Clicking Payments in the menu on the left:
- Click My billing info
- You'll be redirected to our payment provider's secure portal where you can view your current subscriptions ('plans'), payment and billing information, and past invoices.
- Click Add new payment method to see the payment options available and add your details.
- Accepted payment options may depend on your device and territory.
- If the payment method you'd like to use is already listed:
- Click the three dots button and click make default if you'd like to use this payment method going forward.
- You can delete previous payment details by clicking the X button or clicking the three dots button and clicking Delete.
You can also update your address by scrolling to Billing information and clicking the Update information button.
