Users can opt in to receive email notifications from Mixcloud, including messages about new shows, followers, comments, Posts, and more.
Due to the high volume of notification emails we send out, these messages (and other emails from the platform) are sometimes subject to denial, rate limiting or misidentification as spam by email providers.
If you've noticed a sudden stop or decline in the number of emails you're receiving from Mixcloud and you haven't updated your notification preferences, please contact our Support Team. If your address has been added to our no-send list by request from your provider, we can help to re-enable these emails after receiving your consent.
If your address has been added to the no-send list on multiple occasions, you may wish to consider updating your profile to use a different email address. Some providers are more likely to deny or limit emails than others, and you may want to try using an address from another domain.
You can view a full list of notifications by logging into Mixcloud and heading to https://www.mixcloud.com/notifications/, and you can view recently uploaded shows from accounts you follow at https://www.mixcloud.com/home/new-uploads/.
