What is Host Tagging?
Host tagging is a new feature in our Mixcloud Pro toolkit that allows one show to be published to multiple profiles. It enables radio stations and other curator profiles to directly connect with their hosts and benefit from their shared networks, while giving credit to the hosts. Learn more about this feature in our blog post: New Host Tagging Feature Publishes One Show to Multiple Profiles
Who is this feature for?
Stations
If you upload shows that have been mixed or hosted by other creators, you can use this feature as a station to better organize your profile, credit the creators in your community, and improve discovery.
Anyone uploading mixes or shows made by other creators to their Mixcloud profiles, such as radio stations, nightclubs, festivals, labels and magazines, can benefit themselves and their hosts by using this feature.
Read more about the benefits for stations and how to get started using this feature in our How to Grow Your Radio Community article.
Hosts
If you mix or host shows that are uploaded to a station or curator's profile, the station or curator you're affiliated with can now invite you to connect with them on Mixcloud as a host.
Once you’re officially a host, your profile will be updated with an official badge, and your station or curator profile can tag you in their uploads and you can send them tag requests to be added to previous shows.

Listeners
With this update, it's easier than ever before to find more of your favorite creators' shows on the profiles of stations and curators who host their uploads.
Simply click on the 'hosts' tab on the station's profile, and select the host to see a list showcasing all of their tagged uploads.
If you're following a creator directly who also hosts on a station, you'll automatically receive notifications for new shows the station uploads and tags them on, so you never miss out on one of their new shows or tracks.
