Every creator using channel subscriptions has access to a dashboard. In this article, you can view information about your subscribers, track the amount you’ve earned through subscriptions and make changes to your channel upsell.
To access your dashboard, follow the steps below:
- Make sure you're logged in to your Mixcloud account.
- Click on your profile picture at the top-right of the screen.
- Click 'Channel subscriptions'.
You can also find your Channel subscription dashboard by adding “/dashboard” at the end of your unique Mixcloud URL: https://www.mixcloud.com/[YOUR USERNAME]/dashboard/.
Using your dashboard
Your dashboard is split into four different sections: the main Dashboard, Subscribers, Posts and Settings.
Dashboard
This is an overview of your subscriptions. Here, you can see the total number of subscribers you have and the amount you're earning through subscriptions.
In addition, you can view the details of your most recent subscribers, including:
- A link to their Mixcloud profile.
- Their country location.
- When they subscribed to you.
- How much they are paying on a monthly basis - take note of those who choose to pay more than the price you suggested!
Subscribers
Here you get a more in-depth view of all of your subscribers. This includes:
- A link to their Mixcloud profile.
- Their country location.
- When they subscribed to you.
- How much they're paying each month.
- How much they've paid in total.
This page will also give you the option to follow any subscriber without having to go to their profile.
ℹ️ You can sort the list by each of these columns if you want to group subscribers by location or sort them according to how long they've been subscribed. To do this, click on the name of the column you want to sort the list by. Click again to change from ascending to descending. If you click a third time, the sorting will be undone.
Posts
This tab will show you a list of your posts together with the following details for each of them:
- Number of comments
- Number of views
- Status
- Date of last update
The last column will include a link to edit a specific post.
Settings
Here you can change the information that appears on your upsell page, including the Introduction, Thank You text and the images that are used on the page. Additionally, you can choose the categories that define the shows you create.
You can also find and copy your Mixcloud upsell page URL for easy sharing on social networks and your profile.
